When do I pay for the service?
To begin, select “Request Consultation” under the service you desire. This will bring up an easy form to fill out, and once you hit send it will prompt us to contact you based on the initial information you provided. After your initial consultation with us, and confirmation of the service, you will receive an invoice via email. Once payment is received, we will schedule your Resume consultation.
How does the APEX-Resume Premium service work?
This is our premium level service. When you select the APEX Resume on the service page, you will be directed to an easy online form where you enter your contact information and a few other details. Once this is received, you will be contacted to confirm a time to speak with your personal resume writer.
The initial consultation is free of charge, and you will go over the type of resume, the professions you are targeting, and a few other questions to confirm exactly the level of service and any add-ons you need.
An invoice will be emailed to you and once payment has been received you will then schedule a time for your APEX-Resume consultation. This is where your personal resume writer will go over your background, review any of the information you have submitted, establish the style of resume that we will create, and the types of positions you will target with your resume. You will then go through the APEX-Resume consultation process where your resume writer will develop a list of relevant skills, accomplishments, training and experience that will be included in your resume. This process will not only produce a highly effective resume, but it will also give you tools to help you prepare for future interviews for the professions you are targeting.
You will receive your first draft within five business days.
Will I be able to talk with a person?
Absolutely yes! We believe in a more personal level of service at APEX-Resumes so you will have direct communication with a talented resume writer and recruiter who will walk you through the steps; from start to finish. The resume writer you will be speaking with can quickly evaluate your experience and help target your career search with a professionally crafted resume.
How does the Standard-Resume service work?
After selecting the Standard Resume service, you’ll fill out an online form with your contact information. Following this, you’ll be contacted to arrange a free consultation with your resume writer. During this consultation, you’ll discuss the type of resume you need and confirm the service level and any additional options. After you receive and pay the invoice, we will schedule a session with you to review your background and finalize the resume style. The first draft of your resume will be delivered within five business days.
What is the turnaround time for a resume?
Once you have your initial consultation and you have paid your invoice, you will have your first draft within five business days. We do have a 24-hour rush service option.

How many revisions of my resume are included?
We will provide up to two revisions with each of the resume services. You will have a copy in Microsoft Word so you will be able to make any necessary updates in the future.
